Mahalo Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC is looking for a Journeyman/Lead Installer who will build a lasting relationship with our customers while installing HVAC systems with integrity and excellence.

Required Qualifications:
3 years of HVAC experience to include knowledge of environmental controls, low voltage and wiring. Proficient understanding of refrigerants, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems. Need to have a current EPA, CFC, brazing at time of hire. Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems. Exceptional Safety Record, knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings. Prefer individuals with LP Gas and PTCS and/or NATE Certifications. Must have tools required to install HVAC systems. Be able to train and supervise others. Possess a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle. Employer to verify driving record. Be able to work evenings and some weekends as required.
