Prospect Specialist

Supervisor: Director of Sales and Bus. Development
Essential Functions:
- Man the kiosk at assigned Costco facilities;
- Answer prospect questions and equipment questions to the best of their ability, if unable to answer the stated question take proper steps to get the answer to the prospect;
- Engage with the public in an effort to generate viable leads and build lasting relationships;
- Promote Quality Degree in a positive way making the prospects feel comfortable to move forward with service or installation;
- All paperwork is accurate, timely and filed correctly; and
- Distribute brochures and other presentation materials regarding products offered for sale to prospects and leads.
Other Functional Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all required documentation has complete information;
- Update Director of Sales and Business Development on all leads generated;
- Advise customers as to the best Quality Degree products and services to serve their needs;
- Maintain a cheerful demeanor when speaking with customers and answer questions regarding all situations that may be presented ;
- Represents Quality Degree, Inc. in a professional manner during all interactions with customers;
- Other related duties as requested by the President or Vice President.
Education:
To successfully perform this position a high school degree is required.
Experience:
To successfully perform this position 1 or more years’ experience in a sales capacity is perferred.

Strong English written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to multi-task while working independently and effectively prioritizes without supervision.
Must be an outgoing individual who is comfortable meeting new people and being in unfamiliar situations. Must be the type of person who can put others at their ease and inspire trust.
Work Environment
Will work in a controlled climate atmosphere with moderate noise. Work hours will vary with Costco schedule; which will include nights and weekends. This is a highly visible position and requires appropriate dress and behavior.
