I called Quality Degree around 10:30 am on a Thursday morning and in less than two hours you had a man (Jason) at our door. He accurately diagnosed our problem, explained it to me, sold me two lightning suppressors, and ordered a part. He came back on the following Monday and repaired the problem. “Replaced our existing Bryant Heating & Cooling systems with two (2) new Lennox High Efficiency Heating & Cooling systems. Contacted QDI and gave the scheduler minimal details on what we wanted. Within two (2) days the salesman came to our house and inspected our existing Heating/Cooling systems (2 each) and provided a detailed estimate.
Although the price was slightly higher than we expected, we knew we were getting much more efficient and higher quality systems. He also let us know that we were eligible for Energy Rebates from PECO because of the increased efficiency.
The team of installers were very prompt, courteous professional and neat/clean. They were at our house for two (2) full days to remove the old systems and install the new Lennox systems. The lead technician (Jake) was professional, answered all of our questions, very detail oriented and kept the project on schedule, and we never felt like they were rushing. He took time to review the new systems and, the paperwork required for the PECO rebates. It had been completed by QDI, all we had to do was sign and mail the paperwork.
The only issue we had was some oil from the old units had been spilled on our concrete driveway leaving stains. I mentioned it to Jake on the 2nd morning. When I returned home at lunch time they had already cleaned and power washed the driveway. I was very impressed with the prompt action taken to resolve this. Overall impression, we are very happy with the systems and the work performed. We would most definitely recommend QDI.” -- Russel G., Exton, PA
